Can you take a sample of our existing packaging and produce a cost from it?

Yes, this is a common way for us to cost up your existing packaging but we would normally take the process further and offer you the benefit of our many years of packaging expertise to highlight any improvements we could make at the same time.

We would consider improvements to the performance of your packaging such as:

-    reducing excess packaging material
-    removing unnecessary pack space
-    adding SRP (shelf-ready packaging) and RRP (retail-ready packaging) functionality
-    performing package drop test to determine over spec or under spec packaging
-    applying our own EIPPA (environmental impacts of product packaging assessment) to ensure your packaging is as green as it could be

The overall goal would always be to improve on not only price but also the quality and performance of your packaging.

Braille can be accommodated into any product packaging that is either produced in a moulding process or by a die cutting process.  Please be aware there are special tooling requirements for adding Braille to your packaging.

 

In the UK, over 2 million people are visually impaired but only between 10-20,000 people can read Braille.  Working with our packaging designers, we can help you to develop clearly branded and labelled packaging that supports good legibility and ease of recognition for both sighted and visually impaired customers.

 

Careful use of clean, less cursive fonts, good colour contrast and considered layouts can go a long way to improving the success of your packaging as a communication tool for your product for the visually impaired.

Yes, we can provide low volume bespoke labels, our minimum order quantity is 1,000 printed labels. We can offer many generic packaging solutions such as stock corrugated cartons, solid board cartons and thermoformed plastic blister packs.
